Water leaks can waste thousands of litres of a valuable resource, and also cause damage to your building. Not only by means of termite damage, but also to wood rot.
This water leak on the Central Coast had be dripping for so long, that stalactites had formed. They were still happily dripping away during the inspection.
The Stalagmites were a sure sign of the extent of this leak. Many thousands of litres of water would have been dripped to form this huge calcified deposit. It was so extensive that we couldn't budge it!
